Yes, you're right about that. In my previous job, I had to do what you're suggesting. I had 35 constituent organizations in 32 counties around the state of Indiana. They all needed or wanted to be communicated with differently. Some wanted email, others wanted to check the web site, yet others wanted a phone call. Knowing your clients and how best to reach them is vital. There is no ONE best approach for most things.

I agree, technology would allow Social Workers to reach larger audiences. It can also be used as a resource. There is a lot of information out there to be discovered that would no doubt be helpful to a Social Worker.
